As you can read in other reviews, the service barely understands German (simple words such as 1 scoop extra, without liqueur or sauce). Accordingly, you often get the wrong order, even after we mention it ... the pies / cakes are still sold after several days (dry, yellow edges)

For me the best coffee in town and a really nice location right next to the tower of St. George's Church.

Unfriendly staff. If they weren't even noticed for 10 minutes then it was said that we are not allowed to sit there if we are not eating. We cannot consume anything if nobody asks for it.

Were there for breakfast yesterday- I had the fitness breakfast and was very disappointed. The cheese slices were warm and had hard edges, obviously not from the fridge ... The "rolls" were also older and were placed in the panini toaster for a minute. When you spread butter on it, they fell apart and the taste was comparable to a piece of cardboard. The colder these buns got, the more they could have been used to break windows. The coffee was ok .. The entire staff has blinkers on and is very inattentive. The ice cream and waffles there are definitely enjoyable, but you should look for another place to have breakfast. The prices are way too high for what you get.

Were there today. Black Forest cream cake felt like 4 days old. I think I can judge that because I am a specialist. Unfortunately the cafe owner does not apologize after return. The price table is in the upper area. Too bad.

My girlfriend and I wanted to have a dessert after our Asian meal. We decided to go to Gelato Veneto and end the evening with crepes, waffles and coffee. As in other reviews, the operation is not good for the German language. She looked at us in confusion when we wanted to point out what we wanted without a picture in the menu. The coffee tasted burnt, the crepes like Rewe edible paper and the waffle was covered in sour cherries and dripping with its sauce. We won't stop by here so quickly.

I ordered a tiramisu. The waitress (which could hardly speak German) forgot to bring it. When we made her aware, she only brought it. Service 1 star! 1. If the tiramisu is soaked in alcohol too much, you had to leave the bottom layer behind. The tiramisu was NOT FRESH! 2. As you can see, the mascarpoune was already yellow and dried out on the outside. The cocoa powder on top was already completely dry so that you couldn't even blow it off. That means that it was older. Simply disgusting ... You definitely didn't deserve a tip. :-)

So not only service understands hardly German saying not only "yes ok" and then bring something different. Get servicing with at least basic knowledge.

You are served quickly. Very friendly and patient staff. A wide range of ice cream specialties, coffee, cappuccino ... the ice cream is homemade. The decorations correspond to the pictures. I feel the prices are reasonable. Even large groups can come easily!

Very delicious ice cream and very nice selection of cakes. Tastes really good. Very nice staff. Always have everything at a glance, even when it's full. It was very fast service and also the order comes quite quickly at the table. Always worth a visit.

"What's iced chocolate?". This question is asked myself the operation when I tried to order a iced chocolate ... It even stands under the name in the map ... Ice was OK but service was very incompetent and not particularly friendly. Not recommendable.
